Return and Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your enrollment or purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the course or service must not have been accessed or started. If you have accessed any course material or participated in any class, we are unable to process a refund.
Non-refundable Items
Certain courses or services may be non-refundable based on their nature. These include:
- Specially tailored or personalized courses
- Downloadable materials (e.g., e-books, worksheets)
- Courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed or completed

Refund Process
To complete your refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at arablightmadrasa@gmail.com with the details of your purchase. Once your refund request is received, we will process your request and notify you by email.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after your refund request is approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There may be some processing time before the refund is reflected.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced courses are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted courses cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for courses or services. If you need assistance or have issues with a course, please contact us at arablightmadrasa@gmail.com, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
Cancellation of Enrollment
If you wish to cancel your enrollment before starting a course, please notify us within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. After accessing course materials, no refund will be issued.
Gifts
If the course was marked as a gift when purchased and you are returning it, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we process the return, we will issue the gift credit to the original purchaser.
