Q: Please help me with this app how can I change my number because when am sign in to this app its sending OTP to my number that am not receiving that OTP so I need to change the number how is it possible? / How to change the phone number in Sehhaty?
A: At first Sign in to your Sehhaty App. Then from the bottom menu click on Profile. Then you can see your present Phone Number. Click on it and remove the number and put the new Phone number and click on Update. if you lost your Sim then you need to contact the mobile operator to get a replacement sim.
Q: How to put a new mobile number in Sehhaty without log in because my registered number in Sehhaty is not working now. I cannot receive a message for the verification code .. pls help me to fix the problem.
Q: How many days coming result of the Covid-19 Test?
A: You can get the result after one day or two days. Please see here 12:01 .

A: You need to reset your password. Please click on 1. Sign in, 2. Then click on Forget Password, 3. Then put your Iqama Number and click on next, 4. Then put your date of birth and click on the next 5. Then put a new password and put the same password in the confirm password section and save it and Sign in with this new password.
